As I mentioned last Friday the NA are putting on an event at Hole Park in Kent (see www.holepark.com/) Sunday 28 and Monday 29 of May. Hole Park sits neatly in the centre of a group of larger towns; Maidstone, Ashford, Hastings and Royal Tunbridge Wells. The M20, A28 and then A262 of M25 and A21. It should be a bit over an hour from the club (so less for those of us closer to the M25). There will be Brits, Frenchies and a handful of Prussians (plus I think we have some continental re-enactors coming over for at least the Sunday). Granted, no where near the size of Waterloo 2015, but still should be fun and as the camps are set up as living history there should be plenty of chance to see the kit up close and talk to the re-enactors about the guns and the uniforms for those interested.
