I'd also like to introduce you to your new commissioner team for this year. I'm sticking around to herd you wonderful cats and joining me this year is Mike W (Pete having fled for the Grim North when I suggested that we run another league). Welcome Mike and thankyou for stepping up.
Currently the league structure is no finalised, but this will happen once we've had all the teams in, that way it'll be a nice surprise...
Any questions, queries, complaints or bribes - please contact the commissioners directly (Chris C and Mike W)
Nuffle's blessings be upon you.

Coaches,
All the lists are in and we are nearly ready to go!
The league will be organised as such, the teams will be split into two divisions (premiership and championship), and you will have to play one league game against each team in your division. The three top teams from the premiership and the top team from the championship will then progress into knockout stages to work out who is the best and brightest, while the rest of the teams shout abuse from the side lines.
Once the dust has settled the two top teams from the championship will be elevated to the glorious premiership and the two teams at the bottom of the premiership will suffer the shame of being relegated to the championship, ready to start next season.
As ever you score 3 league points for a win, one for a draw and sod all for losing a game.
When it comes to “friendlies” coaches are able (and encouraged) to play friendlies against any team from either league, but you can only play each team once. Until that is you’ve played everyone, if you play a friendly against every team in the league you are then permitted to start over again and play teams you’ve played before (but again, only once each until you do the set)
Recording results – Coaches will need to send in their results to the commissioners within 24 hours of playing the match. This needs to be in the form of an email to selwgresults@protonmail.com
The subject line should read (team name) vs (team name) F/L , please insert the names of the teams who played and follow with a F for friendly and a L for League. The email should contain –
Winner –
Score –
Team x Casualties inflicted -
Team y Casualties inflicted -
Only casualties that happen as a direct result of a block count (not injuries caused by the crowd, wizards or anything that isn’t one of your actual players)
The league starts on 04/11/2022 and the group stages will run until the 26/05/2023
Anyway, enough about the rules, here's what you all came here for... the DIVISIONS!!!!!
