last Friday the final was played between Craig D & myself. I was using Necrons, & Craig
was playing his Tau army.
After 9 months of hard fault battles the champion for 2016 is Craig.
Craig more or less had this game under control from the start as Tau are always a tricky
when they go first with that extra round of shooting. I needed most of my dice rolls to be perfect
to survive the first two shooting rounds from the Tau gun line.
To elimate both wraith units in 2 turns was pretty impressive. No other opponent has managed that this year.
Craig made it interesting by being a bit too bold with his XV109 which the wraiths killed in turn one, but that was it
for errors.
